How do I organize a research project?

Science is often creative and capricious. The organization of projects should differ from that. It is not always easy to combine and integrate different disciplines and working styles into a project and moreover finish the necessary reports on time.

You learn in our project management seminar how tasks can be planned and allocated and how you can solve typical problems in research projects. In short: how you as a coordinator keep everything under control and yet all the other project partners are content.
