Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)
The Enterprise Europe Network is supported by the EU Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry and integrates more than 500 initial contact points throughout Europe providing information and advice on EU matters.
The particular task of the Steinbeis Research Centre Technology Management North East within the network for Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is to assist companies in participating in the 7. EU Research Framework Programme (2007-2013) by offering training on setting up a proposal and project management as well as supplying substantial support for submitting proposals to Brussels. ScanBalt
ScanBalt is a life sciences network in the Baltic Sea Region that encompasses Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Sweden, the northern part of Germany and the north-western part of Russia. This so called ScanBalt BioRegion involves a number of regional networks, public institutions (universities, hospitals), public authorities and private companies in life sciences. With a bottom-up organisation ScanBalt promotes knowledge formation, education, research, technology transfer and economic development within life sciences/biotechnology to meet regional needs and increase competitiveness in accordance with ScanBalt values.
Steinbeis is a founding member of Scanbalt. The projects BoostBiosystems, Trayss Prime, IP Knowledge Network, and Bridge-BSR are Scanbalt projects.
