Often, formal requirements have to be met both with respect to the funding body and to the project partners before the actual project work can begin. We offer you support for contract negotiations, delineate the consortium agreement together with the project partners and plan the commercial exploitation of your research results.

To enable you to fully concentrate on the scientific work we relieve you from all other tasks during the project duration: we coordinate the work programmes of the project partners, organize project meetings, guarantee the completion of the project documentation on schedule, keep an eye on the budget and take over responsibility for public relations activities.
